Company Introduction
The education of every young child does not just stop at preparing them for grade school, but for life. Growing throughout Greater Vancouver, Royal Academy is inspired by the combined Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf teaching models, which we blend with modern group learning in order to create the best possible learning and growing environments for children. Our goal is to simulate the most natural and life-supporting environments for children and create positive associations with learning and creative problem-solving techniques. We wish for children to start thinking for themselves from a young age in order to cultivate a strong positive relationship with education and self-betterment later in life.

To keep up with the ongoing development and expansion, we are now looking for Early Childhood Educator Assistants to offer support to our teaching force as well as providing direct care to our children.
