We have an opening for a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) role for our restaurant “Fat Bastard Burrito Inc.” O/A “2445002 Ontario Ltd.” located at 12 Baseline Road London ON N6J 1V2. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team in a restaurant, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Job Duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
