Conestoga Contracting Group Inc. in Elmira, Ontario is seeking one (1) full-time Landscaping Supervisor. This position will be required to supervise a team of Landscaping Labourers and also operate a variety of tools and equipment, when needed.

Job Duties:
? Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping labourers who maintain lawns, gardens, athletic fields, golf courses, cemeteries, parks, interior plantscapes and other landscaped areas
? Lead the execution of maintenance service agreements, planning requirements for labour, equipment to successful ensure delivery of our promises to our clients on time, on budget and on scope
? Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls
? Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units
? Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
? Requisition supplies and materials
? Maintain financial and personnel records
? Provide training to workers regarding job duties and company policies and ensure dress code and safety policies are followed
? May provide snow removal services during winter months
? May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Must have one (1) year of previous experience as a landscaping labourer or similar role in landscaping. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift. Must have valid G drivers licence.
