Morson International Inc. is seeking one (1) full-time Talent Resourcer in our Nuclear Operations division, working at our location in Toronto, Ontario.

Job Duties:

• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
• Match candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and assess clients’ staffing requirements.
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exemplary customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads
• Attend career fairs and conferences as required
• Build pipelines of candidates with different skill sets
• Keep the database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date
• Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicator’s (resume submissions, interviews conducted, and candidates added to database, etc.)
• Schedule, conduct and record interviews on the ATS

Skills Requirements/Level of Education Required:
Must have at minimum a college diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, human resources, commerce or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration

Skill Requirements/Work Experience:
Must have at minimum six (6) months’ experience in a recruitment or human resources administration role.
