We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (60030) for “SUBWAY” restaurant (1919094 Ontario Inc) located at 1903 Ironoakway, Oakville, ON L6H 0N1. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will be to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations and ensure all food safety guidelines and product standards are met.

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
