Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including pizza makers, delivery drivers, and cashiers, to ensure efficient operations during shifts.
-Ensure that food products meet Papa John's quality standards by monitoring the preparation and presentation of pizzas, sides, and other menu items.
-Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Train new employees on Papa John's policies, procedures, and food preparation methods to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
-Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and manage deliveries to ensure that the restaurant always has sufficient stock of ingredients and packaging materials.
-Create work schedules for staff, taking into account peak hours and labor budgets, and ensure adequate coverage during busy times.
-Enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure that the restaurant is clean and sanitary at all times to meet food safety standards.
-Supervise cashiers in handling cash transactions, balancing cash registers, and making bank deposits.
-Implement strategies to minimize food waste and promote sustainability, such as managing portion control, recycling, and reducing disposable packaging.
