YST Auto Body Mississauga Location (3390 Wolfedale Road, Mississauga, ON L5C 1W4) is currently looking for an Auto body damage estimator. The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job duties:
• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to accurately assess the extent of damage and prepare cost and time estimates for repairs and restoration.
• Generate comprehensive repair cost estimates, including labor, parts, and materials, and provide clear explanations to customers regarding the repair process and associated costs.
• Collaborate with the repair team to plan and coordinate the repair process, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to industry standards.
• Follow up with insurance providers to manage claim correspondence, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and processed for timely repairs.
• Adhere to automobile industry safety norms and standards throughout the repair process to guarantee the safety of both customers and employees.
• Manage the ordering of necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely availability to minimize delays in the repair process.
• Oversee final repairs to ensure the vehicle's appearance and quality meet company standards before delivery to the customer and maintain accurate documentation of the repair process.
Skill Requirement:
• A College Diploma is typically required.
• Minimum 1 years of related work experience.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's licence
Compensation:
$34-$40/Hour
30 Hours/Week
